Account Payable Intern

What You Will Do:

• Perform 3-way-matching of the invoicing document 
• Posting verified invoice from vendor 
• Assist query from stakeholder (user, tax, procurement, vendor, etc) regarding payment date, proof of payment, etc.
• Assist follow up users or vendors for the missing or revise documents.

What You Will Need:

• Fresh graduate or minimum last year student. Preferably who has got experience interning on Accounts Payable
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable, Tax, and Accounting area is a plus point
• Ability to build and maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable with a fluid and ever-changing work environment
• Taking initiatives and capable to deliver independently with minimal supervisions
• Skill in prioritizing and triaging tasks
• Fast learner, highly adaptable, high attention to detail, curious
• Highly preferable if having experience in Accounting System (Coupa)
